Me describiría a mi mismo como

I love life and am very grateful for each day. I have two children (15 and 11) who I have 50% of the time. To feel balanced at the end of my week, I like to have walked and meditated in nature, laughed with my kids, felt a sense of satisfaction in my work (helping people to connect and heal their bodies through movement), connected with family and friends, expressed gratitude and reflected on my own thoughts, actions and set an intention to improve and grow. Does this always happen? lol, no, as life tends to get in the way and I lose balance…which of course, helps me appreciate those times when all is awesome. I have been separated for quite a few years and I now feel that it would be nice to share my time with someone who is on a path of love and growth. What qualities do I admire in a partner? Kindness, compassion, vulnerability, strength, communication, lifelong learner, independence, courage and values health and wellness.
