I Would Describe Myself As

Words can be limiting and restrictive therefore words I choose to describe myself may not necessarily be words that others would use. I would not want my description or perception of myself to influence how you might perceive me. With that said, ask me and I’ll do my best to clearly answer. For starters, comparatively speaking I am very open minded, I believe that all people are equal and all people are inherently good they have simply forgotten some part of themselves. I am an all encompassing spiritual person but by no means a fan of mega church organized religion....in my world there is a difference between being religious and a follower of the organized dynamics of religion. I enjoy in-depth, soul deep conversations that allow me to discover another area of my life that I may need to evaluate. I am always a student...I seek to understand before being understood that is where I find my growth.

If you have read this far...there is more...I am a health conscious individual with a plant based lean strong to the vegan lifestyle...however, everything in moderation...I love cheese so I can enjoy a very good slice of pizza. I don’t just others for their food enjoyment...it’s simply my personal choice. I do occasionally enjoy a nice brisket or a delicate piece of fish. I listen to my body and feed my body accordingly.

I meditate, I yoga (traditional not gym yoga-big difference) and teach them all as well.
