Hi, stopped drinking on the day I turned 55 after looking at my life, have had a victim mentality most of my life/ low self esteem/ jugemental/ difficulty accepting aspects of my sexuality/ attention deficit tendencies/ have been living in the past, so ya I'm a work in progress.
However I can be very creative and spontaneous, affectionate, loyal, sometimes clairaudient , empathic..
Working on being aware but not focusing on 3D world.
Luv animals and nature. Going to try veganism and see how that goes.
It would be a gift to be myself more and be able to actually talk honestly about anything to someone.
