I am passionate about cooking & love spending time in the kitchen creating new recipes :) I enjoy listening to good music and moving my body, yoga, meditation and i am currently learning more about holistic medicine.
My goal is to become a better version of myself everyday, even though making mistakes is part of the plan. As long as we are willing to learn from our mistakes and forgive ourselves then we can keep our eyes focused on where we want to go and keep on the journey.
I have always been into spirituality and i was always aware that there is more to life than this. The past year I had the opportunity to reflect on my life and i came to realise and choose to become more conscious of the life i am creating and the energy i am surrounding myself with.
Everyday i am becoming more aligned with my vision while honouring every feeling that arises. There is so much wisdom in it :)
