Okay well, I’m a 49 year old nurse. I have two grown daughters and they are just beautiful! I started my spiritual journey about 7 years ago. It started with yoga and snowballed from there. There was a time that I devoured books by Deepak Chopra, Eckart Tolle etc. I remain committed to my meditation practice and I’m always looking for new challenges to help me grow.
