I like to live life fully. I believe
we do no have to grow old.
I could walk and talk, hike and
climb plus dance every week.

Do you like adventure? I like to
travel by train, plane, boat or bus.
New Orleans by the City of New
Orleans, up the Mississippi to
Red Wing by train, board the
Eagle River Cruise day trip.

My favorite winter destination
is Bluefields Jamaica for a retreat,
Connect with friends, swim, hike or
run the hills. Participate in doing
good projects in the community.

Yes, Covid shut down travel.
I'll be ready for 2023 and
travel locally until places open.

Contra dancing is opening up
and returning to Lansing, MI.
Dance camp at Camp Covel
Is expected to open in Lexington,

Why stay home and watch TV.
Not me. I could dance 7 days
and nites. Perhaps not all nite
like old time Dawn Dance til dawn.

had a stroke on a cruise ship and
a friend died on a cruise ship.
I don't like excessive rich food.

I am still coaching clients and
taking time to attend local
theater, films and concerts.
I once had an office in a theatre
building and consulted on theaters.

Not ready for total retirement at
any age. I believe you do not have
to grow old! Be active, eat healthy,
Cut down on meat, wheat & dairy
and enjoy more energy with living.

That's my basic story. I have traveled
to 16 countries. Thailand, Bali and my
ancestral homes were spiritual places.
'll be ready to take a train trip and
travel abroad again in 2023 to visit
villages, local markets and events.
