I’m a massage therapist/relflexoligist by trade & from the heart. Working mainly as a carer at the moment due to the current bonkers in the world. I live a holistic lifestyle but not too extreme. I love to enjoy life & what gifts it has to offer, be it wining & dining, hiking, festivals, sitting under the stars on a beach or up a mountain around a fire.
