I like to keep it “light”, because to me that is our true essence!! I live by my own truth and go to the beat of my own heart. I’m a big believer in synchronicity so no doubt there is a heart that will sync with mine. I love nature, food & wine, family and good friends. I am Interested in philosophy, personal growth and have travelled to many sacred places of the world. I have an affinity with the Mayan culture and have done shamanic trips to the Americas. I am also involved with the HeartMath Institute who are closing the gap between science and spirituality. Oh, I am also a yoga and meditation teacher. I look forward to meeting you. 💕
