Nature connection, simple living, permaculture, spiritual growth. Becoming a natural human. I am vegan for the animals and my health.
Movement and music are also my passion. Though not as relevant in a more natural environment. Movement, especially with physical contact can be a very healing way to connect on an intimate level, with the reassurance of an low-sexual connection. Connection and touch without expectation is something all humans and quite possibly animals need.
Music and song is my devotion. I sing the praises of my experience and reverence of nature and our connection to the source. I also enjoy to play music without song for simply the experience of connecting on a musical level with others.
Life has been a continuous spiritual journey since about the age of 22. I discovered community living and the benefits of living with many mirrors and working together.
Went looking all over for my tribe, and I've at least found their place with a small tribe. I belong to a starting community out in Costa Rica.
I am looking to go out there again soon and get building our school and a business. My son is 10 so the school will be for older children, there are many in the neighbourhood who want more that just an academic education. It will be to learn practical lessons, including workshops for sewing and textiles, woodwork, permaculture, and maybe metal work. It will be linked to the community business in oil pressing and raw chocolate production I plan to start.
There will also be a retreat centre there soon so nutrition and spiritual development will be available to them with the chance to work in the retreat centre.
My community and my son is everything to me, though I have family in the UK. I am considering a dual life if practically possible.
Costa Rica gives so many more opportunities. Building is so much cheaper, life is more relaxed, and easy to stay, without residency or with. The warmth of the country and it's remaining tribal people draw me in. Plus I'm all about off grid living and growing food there is faster, though still has its challenges.
I will only stay much time in the UK if I can find a project worthy to be involved in. If you know one or are in one, then that's fantastic.
I'm looking for people who share my passion for self sufficiency and creating new systems of living together. Resilient, yet in touch with yourself, strong, though accepting and working with weakness and healthy with a willingness to work together and inspire my son and other young people that life is possible to live without the system that is broken.
