I'm a real animal lover and vegan although I don't mind if others are not. I much prefer spending time in the garden getting my nails dirty than getting them done in a salon.
I've created an allotment in my garden and growing lots of different things, successfully with some, not so much with others.
I like to meditate each day if I can, eat healthy (most of the time) And practice positive thinking.

Walking with my dog is one of my favourite things to do along with a really good coffee.
