I enjoy helping people heal (physically and emotionally) and discover their potential. My job as a nurse practitioner has allowed me the chance to do that, with my focus on psychology, personality typing, attachment theory, and functional medicine being my tool box. But for as much as I enjoy my work, private time of study, reading, or working with my hands is my recharge time.
