I Would Describe Myself As

I am a fun loving, spiritual woman who has traveled to 6 out of 7 continents. I love a great party but also relish my alone time. I am an extrovert but have found balance with my introverted side. Friends would describe me as an Independant Thrill-seeker who is adventurous, fun, and always up for a good time and always a good listener and someone they learn something new every time they chat with me. I am an avid reader and love to sit in nature, kundalini yoga is a favorite, and meditation for me is necessary to stay grounded. These days love staying home and cooking a healthy meal and am conscious of what I put in my body. I recently moved back to St.louis to be closer to family after living in Minneapolis, MN for 16 years. I am still adjusting to the humidity as I have naturally curly hair and it gets a bit wild but fitting with my personality. I am an entrepreneur and in the image business and am in the process of healing myself from the inside out. I had an autoimmune condition which veered me in the right direction for my life’s work. The final stage of my healing was coming “home” (literally and figuratively) and now that I am here I am looking forward to meeting like minded people in St. Louis.
